摘要
目的探讨中医针灸推拿加牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法将170例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各85例,对照组采用针灸推拿治疗,治疗组采用针灸推拿联合牵引治疗,观察2组临床效果,并于治疗后6、12个月开展随访工作,比较分析2组患者的复发情况。结果对照组治疗有效77例,总有效率90.59%,观察组治疗有效84例,总有效率98.83%,2组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组6个月后复发率为10.87%,12个月后复发率为15.25%;观察组6个月后复发率为4.17%,12个月后复发率为5.56%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎间盘突出症患者采用中医针灸推拿加牵引治疗能活血止痛、疏通经络,有效改善患者的临床症状,改善腰背部功能。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of TCM acupuncture and massage combined with traction on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods 170 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse were randomly divided into control group and observation group （85 cases in each group）. The control group was treated by acupuncture and massage, and the treatment group was treated by acupuncture and massage combined with traction. The clinical effects of two groups were observed after treatment. The follow-up work was carried out at 6 months and 12 months al^er treatment, and the comparison of recurrence patients in two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, there are 77 cases of effective treatment and the total effectiveness of control group was 90.59%. There are 84 cases of effective treatment and the total effectiveness of observation group was 98.83 %. There are statistically significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. The recurrence rates of control group were 10.87 % （after 6 months） and 15.25% （after 12 months）; The recurrence rates of observation group were 4. ~17 % （after 6 months） and 5.56% （after 12 months）. There were significant differences between 2 groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion By adopting TCM acupuncture and massage combined with traction treatment for patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, we can invigorate the circulation of blood, dredge main and collateral channels, and effectively improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and lumbar function.
