盐旱胁迫对塔里木河下游三种植物幼苗根系解剖结构的影响 被引量:6

摘要 文章以塔里木河下游荒漠环境中三种豆科植物的幼苗为研究对象,观测盐旱胁迫对铃铛刺、疏叶骆驼刺、胀果甘草生长的影响,并采用石蜡切片法观察了盐旱胁迫后幼苗根解剖结构的变化。结果表明:盐旱胁迫下3种豆科植物的株高呈递减变化,根解剖结构中皮层厚度变薄、维管柱变厚。综合评价3种豆科植物的耐盐抗旱能力:甘草>铃铛刺>骆驼刺。作为塔里木下游荒漠植物优势种,可为塔里木河下游生态恢复植物耐盐抗旱能力的研究提供理论基础。 In this paper, the research objet is the three seeding ofLeguminous plant which are located in the desert environment of the downstream of Trim River Flows, the influences of observing growth of Halimodendron halodendron, Alhagi sparsifolia, and Glycyrrhiza inflate, then the changes of observing the seeding root which are suffered from salt and dry spell settings of the anatomical structures for the Method of Paraffin Section. The results showed that there are decreasing changes of the height of the three seeding of Leguminous plant in the salt and drought stress, the thickness of the cortical be thinner, and the vascular cylinder be thicken. Comprehensive evaluation of the halotolerant and droughtresistant ability to the three Leguminous plant , Glycyrrhiza inflata 〉Halimodendron halodendron 〉Alhagi sparsifolia.As the dominant Eremophyte species , the research results could offer the theoretical basis for ecological restoring the halotolerant and drought-resistant ability in the downstream of Trim River Flows.
