摘要
目的针对重症坏死性筋膜炎（NF）引流不畅的治疗难点,应用封闭负压吸引技术（VSD）对其进行治疗并总结经验。方法重症NF男性患者8例,在接受VSD治疗前,经过多次清创开放引流效果不佳,感染扩散致脓毒血症,清创后应用VSD技术治疗。结果8例患者经2~4次VSD手术后脓腔闭合,患者脓毒血症和全身并发症等得到控制,残留部分皮肤延迟愈合,经换药处理后7例痊愈,1例行窦道切除后痊愈。结论VSD技术在治疗重症NF患者时,在充分引流方面有明显的优势,治疗效果满意。
Objective In the cases of severe necrotizing excellent treatment, but it is difficulty to be obtained in those vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） technology had been applied fasciitis （NF）, adequate drainage is an important step for patients using traditional open drainage. For this reason, in cases of NF, meanwhile, experiences of the treatment had been summarized. Methods Eight cases of male with severe NF, before application of VSD, traditional open drainages had been used twice or even more times, but the effect was unsatisfied, and septicopyemia developed because infection spread continuously. Debridement associated VSD technology had been applied to all the patients at last.Results After 2 to 4 times VSD, vomicaplvomicae of eight patients were cleared and closed after the operations, the patients＇ sepsis and systemic complications had been better controlled. The residual skin, which was delayed in recovery, recovered after wound treatment in 7 cases, and 1 case with fistula healed by fistula resection.Conclusion VSD technology, in treatment for severe NF, has obvious advantage in adequate drainage, and excellent results can be achieved in patients by this method as well.
