摘要
为了制备肉鸡生物活性饲料,利用枯草芽孢杆菌和乳酸菌对肉鸡饲料进行发酵。利用响应面法以还原糖含量作为发酵条件的优化指标进行分析。最终得出最佳发酵条件为:接种量为6.8%,芽孢菌与乳酸菌的比例为2.2:1,外加水量为55.4%,发酵温度范围为20~45℃。按照优化条件37℃下发酵72h,测得还原糖含量为发酵前的2.97倍,能够制备出较好的肉鸡发酵饲料。
To produce bioactive feed of broiler, the feed was fermented by the strains mixture of Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus. The fermentation conditions were studied by response surface method with the content of reducing sugar as the index. The optimal fermentation operation parameters were obtained as follows: total inoculum dose 6.8%, inoculum ratio of Bacillus bacteria to Lactobacillus 2.2 : 1, amount of water added 55.4%, fermentation temperature 20-45 ℃. As those conditions and un- der fermentation temperature 37 ℃, the content of reducing sugar was 2.97 times higher than that of the unfermented feed after a 72 h fermentation process. So the better fermention feed of broiler can be produced.
