响应面分析优化载药淀粉-黄原胶凝胶的制备工艺 被引量:4

摘要 在单因素试验基础上,以黄原胶用量、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、反应时间为影响因子,以产物对亚甲基蓝的载药量为评价指标,用Box-Behnken设计建立数学模型,进行响应面分析.结果表明:淀粉-黄原胶凝胶最佳工艺参数为淀粉4g,黄原胶0.13g,交联剂0.35g,引发剂0.1g,反应时间3.5h.经验证在此条件下的载药量为0.15mg/g,与理论值(0.151±0.001)mg/g相比,相对误差为0.003.回归方程的预测值和试验值差异不显著,回归模型拟合情况良好,符合要求. On the basis of single factor experiment,the dosage of xanthan gum,cross-linking agent,the initiator,and reaction time were taken as the impact factors,methylene blue was taken as a model drug,drug loading was taken as response,and using the Box-Behnken design to build a mathematical model for the response surface analysis.The optimum conditions were as follows,the potato starch 4g,xanthan gum 0.13g,cross-linking agent 0.35g,and initiator 0.1g,the reaction time 3.5h.Under this condition the drug loading was 0.15mg/g,the relative error was 0.003 compared to the theoretical value(0.151±0.001)mg/g.The difference of the experimental value and theoretical value was not significant,the regression model fitted well and met the requirement.
