摘要
选区激光烧结是3D打印技术的重要分支。选用适合的工艺参数进行激光烧结聚丙烯粉末成型,但粉末颗粒之间粘接不够充分,制件内部孔隙较多、强度较低,必须改善。选用适合工艺参数实现激光烧结聚丙烯粉末成型并进行增强,综合考虑增强渗透效果和对制件冲击强度性能的影响,按照配比配制适合聚丙烯SLS制件的增强后处理剂,其渗透性好,并提高了制件的性能。实验结果表明,增强SLS聚丙烯制件的拉伸强度为7MPa,拉伸强度比7.8。研究为SLS应用提供了一定基础。
Selective Laser Sintering(SLS)was an important branch of the 3Dprinting technology.The suitable process parameters were used to sinter the polypropylene powder but there were many pores and low intensity in the parts.In this paper,the enhancing method of for the Polypropylene(PP)molding by Selective Laser Sintering(SLS)was explored.Mainly considering the penetrability and the property of the tensile strength,the experimental results showed that the enhanced SLS molding had good penetrability and performance.The tensile strength of the piece was 7MPa and the change rate was 7.8to the non-enhance piece.
