Multi-objective Optimization of Closed Extrusion-Forging New Technology for Agricultural Vehicles Steering Knuckle

摘要 针对农用车转向节成形过程中出现的缺陷,创新性地提出闭式挤压制坯—模锻新工艺。基于正交试验设计应用有限元数值模拟对转向节闭式挤锻的多目标优化设计问题进行了系统的研究,利用回归评分法分析了挤压温度、挤压速度、模具工作温度以及摩擦条件对成形工艺的影响,并对优化结果进行了生产验证。 Aiming at the defects in the forming process of agricultural vehicles steering knuckle, a new forming technology (closed extrusion preforming - die forging)of steering knuckle was presented. Based on orthogoual experimental design, multi-objective optimal design problems were systematically researched by using FE numerical simulation. The influences of extrusion temperature and speed, die temperature and lubrication on forming technology were analyzed by using regression evaluation method. And the optimization results were proved in production.
