摘要
通过电化学腐蚀试验研究了焊接线能量对低碳钢焊接接头耐腐蚀性能的影响,并对焊接接头组织进行了分析。结果表明,随着线能量的增加,焊接接头组织晶粒变粗大,从而导致焊接接头的耐腐蚀性能下降,腐蚀率增大。
By electrochemical corrosion experiment, the influence of welding line energy on the corrosion resistance of low carbon steel welde joint was studied, and the microstructure of the welded joint was analyzed .The results show that with the increase of linear energy, the microstructure of the welded joint becomes bulky grains, which can result in the decline in the corrosion resistance of the welded joint, and then the corrosion rate increases.
