摘要
研究了YG6X、YT15、YG8-1、YG8-2和金刚石铣刀机械加工碳化硅/铝基复合材料过程中的磨损性能。结果表明,对于硬质合金刀具来说,致密度高的刀具耐磨损性较高、使用寿命更长。金刚石铣刀的磨损量是最小的,并且可以快速进入稳定切削状态。
The wear properties of YG6X, YT15, YG8-1, YG8-2 and diamond milling cutters in cutting silicon carbide reinforced aluminum matrix composites were investigated. The results show that the wear resistance is stronger and the life is longer when the density of the cutter is larger for the hard alloy cutters. The wear extent of the diamond milling cutter is minimal, and the cutter can achieve the stable cutting state rapidly.
