摘要
柴油机用高强度合金灰铸铁件的生产技术可以归纳为:选取合适的化学成分w(%):2.90~3.15 C,1.4~1.7 Si,1.00~1.25 Mn,〈0.05 P,0.03~0.06 S;采用合理的熔炼工艺,浇注温度为1 360~1 330℃;采用多次孕育、瞬时孕育等措施,强化孕育效果,改善铸件的基体组织和石墨形态;采用多元低合金化,提高铸件力学性能。
The productive process for high strength alloy iron castings in diesel engine is summarized as follows: optimizing chemical composition w (%): 2.90-3.15 C, 1.4-1.7 Si, 1.00-1.25 Mn, 〈0.05 P, 0.03-0.06 S; adopting proper melting and pouring processes such as the pouring temperature of 1 360 -1 330 ℃ ;adopting instant inoculant, and intensifying the inoculation effect with multiple inoculation treatments to improve matrix structure and graphite morphology;alloying cast iron with multiple elements to increase mechanical properties of the castings.
