摘要
为保证批量生产的关键重要零件的可靠性,选取铸造K417合金制成的航空发动机用Ⅱ级涡轮叶片为研究对象,通过随机抽取不同批次的叶片进行疲劳强度试验,在借鉴国外叶片疲劳性能控制方法及相关标准的基础上,经统计分析,探索出叶片疲劳性能检验方法及验收标准,达到监控叶片制造综合质量的目的。
In order to ensure the service reliability of the important components in quantity production, taking the aero-engine low-pressure turbine blade which was cast .with alloy K417 as study object, the fatigue intensity test was carried out by random drawing turbine blades of different batches, based on using foreign turbine blade fatigue performance control method and relative standard for performance, through the statistic analysis, the fatigue performance test method and its acceptance standard of aero-engine turbine blade were put forward to achieve the purpose of monitoring the overall quality of aero-engine turbine blade manufacture.
