摘要
分子标记技术的实用性越来越受到人们的重视,在牡丹种质资源遗传多样性分析和品种鉴定等研究方面,TRAP、SRAP、SCoT、EST-SSR和CDDP等新型目的基因分子标记方法的应用为以RAPD、AFLP、ISSR、SSR等传统随机DNA分子标记的研究成果提供了强有力的补充。此文分别对随机DNA分子标记和目的基因分子标记技术在牡丹遗传多样性及品种鉴定中的应用现状作了综述,指出了目前相关研究中存在的主要问题及其解决措施与方法,以期为牡丹种质资源的整理、亲缘关系的分析和品种鉴定工作提供研究基础和科学依据。
Gene targeted markers, such as TRAP, SRAP, SCOT, EST -SSR, CDDP and others, have been gradually applied in the study of genetic diversity analysis and cuhivar identification of tree peony, with our increase concern for the practicability of molecular marker techniques. And their research results provided a powerful complement to that of the traditional random DNA markers( RAPD, AFLP, ISSR, SSR and so on). In this article, genetic diversity analysis and cultivar identification of tree peony based on random DNA markers or gene targeted markers were respectively reviewed, the main existing problems out and the methods to resolve them were pointed, in order to provide research foundation and scientific basis for tree peony germplasm resources reorganization, genetic relationship analysis and cultivar identification.
