摘要
目的:探讨慢性胃炎患者采用清中汤合平胃散加减临床治疗效果。方法:对我院治疗的80例慢性胃炎患者入院资料进行分析,根据患者入院时间(单、双日)分为两组。对照组采用胃得宁治疗,实验组采用清中汤合平胃散加减治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果等指标。结果:实验组患者治疗总有效率(95%)高于对照组(85%);实验组患者满意度达到95%,高于对照组患者。结论:临床上,医护人员对慢性胃炎患者采用清中汤合平胃散加减临床治疗效果比较显著,患者治疗后并发症较少,能够有效的减轻患者疼痛,值得推广使用。
Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Qingzhong decoction plus Pingwei San on treating chronic gastritis. Methods：To analyze treatment of 80 cases of chronic gastritis patients admitted to our hospital admission data, patients were divided into two groups.The control group was given weidening, experimental group was given Qingzhong decoction plus Pingwei San, indexes of the two groups were compared. Results：The patients in the experimental group were treated with a total effective rate of 95%, higher than that of the control group （85%）; the experiment group satisfaction reached 95%, significantly higher than that of the control group patients. Conclusion：Qingzhong decoction plus Pingwei San has more obvious effects, less complications in patients after treatment, can reduce the pain of patients and effective, and was worthy to be popularized.
