摘要
采用FPGA设计并实现了适合多电平变流器的载波移相PWM发生器。该PWM发生器采用上下位机两层结构,上位机为DSP+FPGA结构产生调制信号,下位机内部产生载波信号并输出PWM信号,上下位机间通过串行通信进行数据交换和时序同步。介绍了该PWM发生器的基本结构和设计原则,并进行了方案的设计验证。
A kind of FPGA-based appropriate multi-level converter carrier phase-shift PWM generator was designed and implemented, the PWM generator uses a two-tier structure of upper and lower computer. Upper computer uses DSP + FPGA structure to produce a modulated signal, the lower computer generates carrier signal and outputs PWM, signal, between the upper and lower computer via serial communication for data exchange and timing synchronization. The basic structure and the design principles of the PWM generator were described and carried out in the design verification.
