摘要
为提高引信装配的安全性,对使用真空技术的引信预拧装置中的机械结构和气路进行研究。介绍一种根据真空技术原理设计的引信抓取及预拧装配机械装置的结构和气动控制原理,给出该装置的4个关键技术。结果表明:引信抓取预拧装置的应用能实现引信预拧装配的自动化,提高引信装配过程的安全性,对其他火工品元件的自动装配的实现提供一定的借鉴参考。
In order to improve the safety of fuse assembly, study the mechanical structure and the gas circuit using vacuum technology in fuze pre-screwing device. Introduces a kind of dynamic control principle according to the structure and the fuze grab and pre-screw assembly machine design principle of vacuum technology, 4 key technologies of the apparatus are given. The results showed that the application of fuze grab pre-screwing device can realize the automatic fuze pre-screw assembly, improve safety fuse assembly process, provide a reference implementation of automatic assembly of other explosive components.
