摘要
基于Flyback拓扑,提出一种低成本、可靠的调压电路,实现对铅酸电池均浮充充电的控制。利用PWM信号,通过二级RC滤波电路,产生一个与占空比有关的直流电压。将此直流电压加在反馈基准芯片TL431的Vref管脚,通过改变反馈电压实现输出电压的可调。经过多次的电路测试,验证了在PWM控制下实现对铅酸电池的均浮充充电控制。研究结果表明,设计的PWM调压电路可以实现对电池的智能充电,具有一定的工程价值。
Based on the Flyback topology,a low-cost and reliable voltage regulator circuit which can implementation intelligent charging of the lead-acid battery is proposed. By using PWM signal,DC voltage related to the duty ratio is generated through secondary RC filtering circuit. This DC voltage is applied to the Vref pin in the feedback reference chip TL431 to achieve an adjustable output voltage by varying the feedback voltage. The circuit testing results prove that the intelligent charging control of lead-acid battery can be realized by means of PWM control. The research results show that the designed PWM voltage regulator circuit can realize intelligent charging,and has a certain engineering value.
