摘要
为了得到燃油热熔釜在稳态加热条件下热熔釜釜壁的温度场分布情况.文中采用热平衡计算法对燃油热熔釜系统燃烧室内的热量分布进行了理论分析,并在恒流密度加热情况下,利用Fluent软件对燃油热熔釜热熔釜壁的温度场进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明:在热流密度q=9 809.1W/m2加热情况下,热熔釜壁釜壁平均温度为330℃,仿真结果跟实际测得数据基本相符.
In order to get the temperature distribution on tank wall of fuel thermal reactor under steady heating conditions ,the heat distribution system in the combustion chamber of fuel thermal reactor was analyzed by the heat balance calculations .The temperature field of thermal reactor wall ,heated at a constant current density ,is simulated using Fluent software .Simulation results show :The average temperature of thermal reactor vessel wall ,heated at heat flux q= 9 809 .1 W/m^2 ,is 330 ℃ ,which is basically in line with the actual measured data .
