摘要
刮板输送机的挡板槽帮是ZG30MnSi铸钢件。文中利用ProCAST软件对挡板槽帮进行充型、凝固模拟,预测铸造过程中产生的缩松、缩孔等缺陷的位置。通过改进浇注系统,增加冒口和冷铁,确定最优工艺方案,最终制造出高质量的铸件。
The groove ledge of scraper conveyer was steel castings made of ZG30MnSi. The filling and solidification process of groove ledge was simulated by ProCAST software, and the position of shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage in castings were predicted. The optimal process is obtained by improving pouring system, riser and chill. The final casting technology was determined for manufacturing of high quality groove ledge.
