摘要
造成俄罗斯民主法治发展滞缓的因素很多,其中城市化不足因素不容忽视。无论是沙俄时期,还是原苏联时期和后苏联时代,俄罗斯都没有成功完成城市化,这也正是俄罗斯民主法治发展不畅的主要原因。俄罗斯民主法治建设的危机,也是一场城市化不足的危机,而俄罗斯民主法治建设的关键是依托城市化的进度与广度,舍此别无他途。
Among many factors which hinder Russian democracy and rule of law development,insufficient urbanization factor cannot be ignored.Urbanization hadn' t been completed in Tsarist Russia,the Soviet Union and the post- Soviet era.This is the main reason for the poor Russian democracy.Crisis of Russian democracy is also a crisis of insufficient urbanization.Russia' s democracy must depends on the further progress of urbanization.
