摘要
在Voigt位型下利用等效磁导率张量及Maxwell方程组计算了推迟模式下半无限超晶格自旋波谱的色散方程及体连续方程,并以YIG/YAG超晶格为例进行数值计算,着重分析该超晶格的表面模式和体模式,通过改变构成超晶格的两种层的厚度的比值、外场时,可以调节两支表面模式的频率以及体模式的频带和禁带,这种调节作用是与两种层的饱和磁化值和旋磁比密切相关的。
Under the Voigt based on equivalent permeability tensor and Maxwell's equations, dispersion equation and continuous body equation of semi-infinite superlattice spin wave spectrum was calculated in the retarded modes. We took the YIG/YAG superlattice as the example and analyzed of the surface modes and bulk modes. Changing the ratio of the thicknesses of two ferromagnetic superlattice layers and field, the two branches of surface mode of frequency and bulk mode frequency band can be adjusted consequently. This modulation effect is related to the two ferromagnetic layer’saturation magnetization and gyromagnetic ratio.
