摘要 目的:探讨XT-1800i血细胞分析仪Q-Flag报警信息与血涂片复检的相符情况以及在临床中的应用。方法:收集笔者所在医院2013年6-12月所有Q-Flag报警信息标本,并对其进行分析。结果:Q-Flag≤120 U时仪器与人工血涂片复检符合率为0,Q-Flag 120~220 U时仪器与人工涂片复检符合率为1.5%~72.9%,Q-Flag 220~300 U时,仪器与人工涂片复检符合率为88.9%~100%。结论:Q-Flag≤120 U人工涂片复检无实际意义,Q-Flag 120~300 U,人工涂片复检在疾病的诊断、治疗和疗效观察中起重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the situation between the Q-Flag alarm information of XT-1800i hematology analyzer and blood smear reexamination and their clinical significance. Method:Collected all samples of Q-Flag alarm from June 2013 to December 2013 in the hospital. Result:When it alarmed Q-Flag≤120 U,the coincidence rate was zero by manual smear. Q-Flag 120-220 U,the coincidence rate was 1.5%-72.9%. Q-Flag 220-300 U,the coincidence rate was 88.9%-100%. Conclusion:It’s no practical significance when Q-Flag≤120 U,when Q-Flag 120-300 U,reexamination of blood smear plays an important role in disease diagnosis,treatment and the observation of curative effect.
