摘要 针对机械产品装配过程扰动因素复杂众多、在线故障诊断机制响应不及时的问题,提出了一套面向机械产品装配过程的在线故障诊断策略。首先通过数据采集终端对装配过程信息的实时动态采集分析,构建装配过程故障实时状态模型;然后建立了融合故障树分析技术的专家系统诊断机制,并运用控制图对故障源持续关注,从而实现对机械产品装配过程故障的实时在线诊断。通过实例验证,该策略使得车间技术人员能够及时掌握和有效处理装配过程故障事件,提高了对装配过程的精益化控制。 A fauh diagnosis strategy is designed aiming at pvot'esses are lard to control for so many faelors may afec solving the problem that the mechanical product assembly them and tile on-line fault diagnosis strategy is not timeh. Firstly, the real-time assembly process information are collected and analyzed by MES dynamically. Then, a status assembly process model for the meehanical product assembly processes is buih. Finally, tile fauh feature is extractedusing the fauh tree analysis technology, and tile expert syslem based on the real-time status model is given Io provide real-time exception alarm information, corresponding disposal options and continuous attention to the tauh by using control charl. The application shows that the workshop technical staff can handle the abnormal tailure event timely and effectively by using lhe strategy, and the lean control of the assembly process are improved.
