摘要
通过对低倍检查有缺陷的GH4169高温合金零件的解剖,用光学显微镜和电子扫描电镜从组织和成份上对表面缺陷进行了详细的分析,查清了缺陷的性质以及和其它类似缺陷的区别,为确定缺陷的性质提供了检查方法。
By checking defeetive parts of st, peralloy GH4169 using macrography examination, oplical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy are used to analyze the microstructure and ingredients of the surface defects. The different eharacters of the defect from the other sinlilar defects are identified to provide inspection method for determining the nature of the defect.
