摘要
对某萤石矿的工艺矿物学特性进行了研究。根据矿石性质,确定采用"碱法粗选-酸法精选",原矿经过1次粗选、1次扫选、6次精选,中矿顺序返回,最终能够获得CaF2品位为97.60%,回收率为85.01%的萤石精矿产品,其中CaCO3含量为0.59%,SiO2含量为1.01%。粗精矿再磨闭路与常规闭路相比,精矿中CaF2指标变化不明显,而CaCO3含量超标。
Mineralogical characteristics of a fluorite were studied in this paper. Using the process of "roughing in alkalinity-cleaning in acidity", the fluorite concentrate with a grade of 97.60% and a recovery of 85.01% was obtained by the ftowsheet of "one roughing, one scavenging and six cleanings", middlings returned in order. There were a mass fraction of 1.01% SiO2 and a mass fraction of 0.59% CaCO3 in fluorite concentrates. Compared with the conventional closed circuit, the fluorite indexes in concentrates are no significant variable, while mass fraction of CaCO3 is over standard in the closed circuit of regrinding rough concentrate.
