摘要
环氧沥青混合料作为一种使用性能优异的高等级铺面工程材料,其热固性赋予沥青优良的物理、力学性能。然而环氧沥青在固化剂的官能团作用下,其化学反应复杂,反应过程受各种因素影响较大。从影响环氧沥青混合料性能的因素出发,通过超温、超时以及混合料在不同固化程度与试验温度条件下的试验研究,分析时间、温度等因素对环氧沥青混合料性能的影响,为九江长江二桥钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装施工提供技术保障。
As an advanced pavement material, epoxy asphalt mixture has excellent performance which could owe to thermosetting of epoxy asphalt. However, because of the effect of functional groups of curing agent, the chemical reaction of epoxy asphalt is complex and the course will be affected by several factors. On the basis of these factors, overheating, overtime and under different solidifying extent and test temperature of mixtures are investigated, the influence of time and temperature and so on are analyzed to provide a technical support for the construction of steel deck epoxy asphalt concrete pavement of Jiu Jiang Yangtze River Second Bridge.
