摘要
大学生科技社团规范化建设对于高校创新人才培养具有重要作用,主要表现为是大学生培养创新意识的重要阵地、培养创新能力的重要依托、开展创新活动的重要载体、培养创新精神的重要渠道。然而,由于大学生科技社团建设有待进一步规范化,影响大学生科技社团在高校创新人才培养中作用的发挥。高校要通过加强大学生科技社团规范化建设,使大学生科技社团在高校创新人才培养中持续发挥重要作用。
The construction of standardized undergraduates’ science and technology community is of great importance to the cultivation of innovative talents in colleges and universities. The influence of science and technology community has been mainly displayed in four aspects： it is an important position for undergraduates to cultivate innovative consciousness, an important support to cultivate innovative ability, an important carrier to carry out innovation activities and an important channel to cultivate innovative spirit. However, owing to the fact the undergraduates’ science and technology community needs to be further normalized, it influences the exertion of impact on innovative talents cultivation. Colleges and universities should enhance the construction of community standardization in order to give a full play to the science and technology community in its cultivation of innovative talents.
