摘要
本文研究和阐述了空间可达性的概念、特征，提出了影响服务点空间可达性计算的因子，对适用于服务点空间可达性的核密度模型、基于重力模型、二步移动搜索法和增强二步移动搜索法评估模型进行了详细阐述，比较和分析了几种评估模型的优缺点，为适用于服务点的空间可达性评估模型研究提供了依据和借鉴。
The concepts and characteristics of spatial accessibility are discussed in this paper, and the factors affecting the spatial aeeessibility of service point are presented. The kernel density models, gravity -based models, 2SFCA and E2SFCA mod- els are described and discussed in detail. Finally, comparison analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of these models are made, and the conclusions can be used as reference for evaluation research.
