摘要
目的:探讨情景模拟健康教育路径在人工全髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法:将166例人工全髋关节置换术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各83例,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育,观察组采用情景模拟健康教育路径进行健康教育。比较两组患者疾病知识掌握情况、假体脱位发生率及自我护理技能考核情况。结果:两组患者疾病知识掌握情况、假体脱位发生率及自我护理技能考核情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:情景模拟健康教育路径可以改善人工全髋关节置换术患者的疾病知识掌握情况,降低假体脱位发生率,提高自我护理技能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of scene simulation model of health education path in patients with total hip replacement. Methods:166 patients undergoing total hip replacement were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(83 cases in each group). The health education was conducted by traditional methods in the control group and health education was implemented by u-sing scene simulation model of health education path in the observation group. The grasp of disease-related knowledge,incidence of pros-thesis dislocation and the assessment results of self-care skills of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the grasp of disease-related knowledge,incidence of prosthesis dislocation and the assessment results of self-care skills of the patients between the two groups(P﹤0. 01,P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The scene simulation mod-el of health education path can enhance the grasp of disease-related knowledge of the patients with total hip replacement,reduce the inci-dence of prosthesis dislocation and improve patient’s self-care skills.
