摘要
目前烟草企业卷烟机使用的嘴棒都是采用气力输送,在嘴棒输送过程中,由于各种原因,引起嘴棒在输送管道中发射堵塞,需要人工疏通,增加了操作强度,由此需要设计一种嘴棒堵塞自动清理装置,将发射管道自动脱开,管道疏通后,管道能自动复位,实现管道的自动疏通。
All tobacco factories transfer filters by pneumatic transmission at the present time,but filters may block up in the tube for many reasons during transmission and need manual clearing which increasing worker＇s burden.So we develop the auto-clearing system for filter blockage which can disengage transmission tube when blockage happens,and reset when tube is cleared.All the operations should be finished automatically.
