摘要
为提高综放工作面放煤效率,避免放煤过程中的过放和欠放,研究放顶煤过程中煤矸混合程度的自动识别技术,通过振动信号采集和数据信号处理技术,根据放落程度控制放煤口的放煤时间,对准确控制放煤时间、保证煤质、实现放顶煤开采工艺自动化具有重要意义。
To improve the efficiency of fully mechanized caving face and avoid more and less coal during drawing top-coal, the automatic identification technology of coal gangue mixed degree is researched during drawing top-coal, through vibration signal acquisition and digital signal processing technology, according to the caved degree to control caved coal time at drawing coal opening, they are great significance for accuratly controlling caved coal time, ensuring coal quality and realizing automatic caving top-coal mining technology.
