提高ZL114A壳体铸件厚大部位力学性能的措施 被引量:3

Countermeasures for Improving Mechanical Properties of Shell Castings with Large Section

摘要 介绍了ZL114A合金复杂壳体铸件的铸造工艺,对比分析了壁厚差异对力学性能的影响。结果表明,厚大部位力学性能明显偏低,不能满足设计要求。通过增加厚大部位冷却速度的方法,大幅度提高了厚大部位的力学性能,尤其是伸长率,由2.9%增加到了5.3%。 The casting process of ZL114Aalloy complicated shell was described.The mechanical properties of the typical parts with different wall thickness were analyzed.The results show that the mechanical properties of large section in parts are greatly lower than those in thin section parts,which can't meet the design requirements.By increasing the cooling rate of the large section part,the mechanical properties are improved greatly,especially the elongation increased to 5.3%from 2.9%.
