摘要
短道速滑是我国冬奥会的优势项目，对项目比赛制胜规律的深刻认识与领悟对我国运动员在索契冬奥会继续保持项目的优势具有重要的重要作用。以第19～21届冬奥会参加短道速滑比赛的运动员为研究对象，通过视频采集、案例分析和统计数据的方法，分析短道速滑不同比赛项目的制胜规律。认为短距离项目，运动员的起跑技术是制胜的关键，体能是保持高速度滑行与后程不降速的保障；中长距离项目，运动员的战术与体能分配即超越的合理性是制胜的关键，后程的冲刺能力是比赛制胜的保障，执行战术的能力是发挥团队作战的基础；接力项目，战术配合的默契程度是制胜的关键，亦是是发挥团队每个成员作战能力的基础，根据对手的情况控制滑行路线是制胜保障。
Short track speed skating is China＇s Olympic Advantage program, the deep understanding and com- prehension of the winning laws plays an important role in getting on with the advantage for Chinese skaters at Winter Olympics in Sochi. Regarding the skaters who participated the 19th -21th Winter Olympics as the research subjects, with the methods of video acquisition, case analysis and statistical data, the paper has an analysis on the winning laws of different events of short track speed skating. The paper thinks that the start techniques is the key to winning in short distance events, physical fitness can keep glide at a high speed and no deceleration with late course. In long distance events, tactics and physique distribution of skaters the ra- tionality of surpassing is the winning law, the ability to sprint in late course is the support to win, developing the team combating is based on the ability to execute tactics. In the relay events, how much cooperation of tactical combination is the key to win, also the basis of developing each member of the team the combat ca- pability, according to the situation of opponents to control the gliding way is the winning support.
