摘要
为同时检测鲜烟叶中啶虫脒及吡虫啉的残留量,提高烟叶农残检测效率,采用甲醇∶水(50∶50,V/V)超声提取烟叶样品,经过液液萃取和弗罗里硅土固相萃取净化后,用液相色谱-紫外检测器对2种农药同时进行检测。结果表明:该方法能同时检测到吡虫啉与啶虫脒的残留,检测限达到相关限量标准要求,方法操作简便,准确性和重复性均较好。
In order to detect the residues of the acetamiprid and imidacloprid together,improve the efficiency of detection of pesticide residues in tobacco,fresh leaves were extracted by ultrasonic after placed into the methanol ∶ water (50 ∶ 50,V/V),then,the samples were purified by liquid-liquid and florisil solid phase,finally,the samples were detected with liquid chromatography and UV detection.The results showed that,this method is easy to deal with,accurate and repeatable,detection limit under this method reached the relevant standard requirements.
