摘要
主要介绍工程项目建设的阶段划分和项目前期主要工作,结合案例介绍在工艺包比选、可行性研究及安全预评价等各项工作和各种文件编制中,项目建设单位自控仪表专业技术人员的主要工作和任务。
Through examples,the construction phases and preparatory works in the early stage of the project were introduced,including the comparison and selection of process packages,the feasibility studies and the safety assessment prior to the start,the preparation of various documents and the main work and tasks of professionals relating to auto-control and instruments.
