摘要
文章归纳了实习护生发生锐器伤的原因,包括自身、学校教育、管理、医院、患者及工作环境等方面的因素,在此基础上综述了锐器伤干预对策研究的主要进展,结合目前职业防护教育现状,探讨实习护生职业防护的可行措施。
This paper summarized the reasons of sharp injuries among nursing interns including students, school education, management, hospitals,patients and working environment. Base on the reasons, this paper reviewed the research progress on intervention strategies of sharps injuries intervention, so as to explore the feasible measures on occupational protection of nursing interns combining currently occupational protection education.
