摘要
目的了解护理本科生在临床实习过程中与患者沟通障碍时的心理感受。方法采用现象学研究方法,对北京市某三级甲等医院的10名护理本科实习生进行"一对一"的半结构式深入访谈,并用现象学分析方法进行资料分析。结果采用类属分析法升华出3个关于实习护理本科生护患沟通障碍时心理感受的主题:忧虑、紧张和低自尊。结论当发生沟通障碍时,护理本科生均经历了一系列的负性情绪,学校及临床老师应加强护生沟通能力的培养,对护理本科生的负性情绪给予引导。
Objective To understand the undergraduale nursing students' feelings when they have communication barriers with patients in clinical practice. Method Qualitative phenomenological research method was used,and 10 undergraduate nursing students in clinical practice were " one to one" semi - smmtured in - depth interviews in a Beijing 3 A - level hospital. The phenomenological analysis method was used to analyze the data. Result Three themes were sublimated by category analysis, including worry, nervous and low - esteem. Conclusion When communication barriers occurs, nursing students have experienced a range of negative emotions, school teachers and clinical teachers should strengthen their communication ability, and provide guidance for them to relieve negative emotions.
