摘要
目的观察部分内括约肌切断术合用硝酸甘油软膏外敷治疗Ⅲ期、IV期肛裂的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2002-2013年在我院肛肠科运用部分内括约肌切断术合用硝酸甘油软膏外敷治疗Ⅲ期、I V期肛裂患者的临床效果,术后随访6-12月,并采用1994年杭州第二次肛裂专题会议提出的肛裂疗效标准进行评价。结果共有90例患者接受治疗,其中83例治愈,7例显效,无明显不良反应发生,术后随访仅2例出现复发。结论部分内括约肌切断术合用硝酸甘油软膏外敷是冶疗Ⅲ期、IV期肛裂的有效手段之一。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of partial anal internal sphincterotomy combined with nitroglycerin ointment in the treatment of anal fissure in stage Ⅲ,IV. Methods The clinical effect of partial anal internal sphincterotomy combined with nitroglycerin ointment in the treatment of anal fissure in stage Ⅲ, IV of 90 cases diagnosed in our hospital during 2002-2013 was retrospectively analyzed. Fifty- five patients were followed up for 6-12 months. The therapeutic efficiency was evaluated with the standard proposed in the second anal fissure conferences in Hangzhou in 1994. Results Ninety patients were enrolled in the study. Among these patients,83 cases were cured and 7 cases got marked effect. No obvious side effect occurred and only 2 cases recurred during follow- up. Conclusions Partial anal internal sphincterotomy combined with nitroglycerin ointment was an effective therapy in the treatment of anal fissure in stage Ⅲ,IV.
