摘要
目的识别、分析和评价某原油商业储备库可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定危害类别,为卫生行政部门审批提供技术依据。方法采用类比法和检查表法。结果该拟建项目选址、总体布局和设备布局、职业病危害防护措施、辅助用室、个人使用的职业病防护用品、应急救援措施和职业卫生管理措施等内容基本符合卫生学要求。该项目运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素浓度、强度符合国家卫生标准要求。经综合分析,该项目定性为职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论该项目运行过程中存在的职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的,项目建设可行。
[ Objective]To identify, analyze and assess the possible occupational risk factors in a mercantile crude oil reserve pro- ject,detennine the type of hazards, provide technical evidences for the approval by the health administration departments. [ Methods] The assessment was performed by using combination of check lists and analogy. [ Results] The project location, overall layout and equipment layout, protective measures of occupational hazards, auxiliary rooms, personal protective equipments, emer- gency rescue measures and the management system on occupational health accorded with the hygiene requirements. The concentra- tions （intensities） of occupational risk factors met the national standards. The comprehensive analysis showed that it was the project with general occupational hazards. [ Conclusion] The occupational risk factors in the project can be controlled and prevented. From the view of occupational health, this project is feasible.
