摘要
气举反循环技术在超深、大口径钻孔灌注桩施工应用中具有很多优点,技术基本成熟。通过气举反循环原理、设备与泥浆的选择和使用等方面详细阐述此工艺在钻孔灌注桩成孔及清孔过程中的质量控制要点,结合在建的苏州中南中心项目桩基工程前期试成孔、试桩实例,拓宽其在房建基础施工领域中的应用。
Air-lift reverse circulation technology in the application of super deep and large diameter bored piles construction has many advantages, and it is a mature technology. Through the reverse circulation principle, election and use of equipment and mud, this paper introduced in detail the quality control points of process in bored piles pore-forming. Combined with the pile testing in Suzhou Central South Center project, the authors broaden its application in the field of building foundation construction.
