摘要
从汽车保险杠的注塑成型工艺入手,利用CAE软件对汽车保险杠模具的浇注系统进行了全面的研究分析,通过分析成型制品所需的注塑充填时间、注射不同阶段的温度、压力、产品表面熔接线及气穴分布等,并结合产品特点成功设计了八点针阀式浇注系统。通过数值模拟试验验证了8点针阀式热流道进胶系统能带来平稳的注塑填充效果、较低的注塑压力、合理的前锋温度和较好的熔接质量。
Based on the injection molding process of automobile bumper,the automobile bumper mold gating system was comprehensively researched using CAE software.Through the analysis of molding products required for injection molding filling time,injection different stages temperature,pressure,the product surface welding wire and cavitations distribution etc.,and eight needle gating system was designed successfully.The eight points needle valve type hot runner glue inlet system can bring steady injection filling effect,lower injection pressure,reasonable striker temperature and good welding quality by numerical simulation.
