摘要
以某企业甲醇吹除气提取煤基天然气建设项目为例,简要分析项目环境影响评价中清洁生产有关问题,提出了部分清洁生产指标。侧重说明清洁生产分析应与工程分析相结合,可使企业生产达到节能、降耗、减污、增效的作用,充分体现项目建设的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益的高度统一。
Taking construction project of an enterprise that produce coal-based natrual gas with blow -out gas in methanol synthesis as an example, relevant problems of cleaner production are briefly analysed and some cleaner production indexes are put forward. It is proved that combining cleaner production analysis with project analysis will make an enterprise achieve energy saving, consumption reduction, pollution reduction and benefit increasing, realize the unification of economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit of construction project.
