摘要
分别采用气相色谱法与气相色谱-质谱联用法对2个胶粘剂样品进行了苯含量检测。结果表明:对于同一样品,采用这2种方法检测出的苯含量数据相差悬殊。气相色谱法的检测结果易受干扰,而且响应值低、峰形拖尾严重,无法进行定性分析,特别对于基质复杂的样品很难给出准确的检测结果。气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)不仅能将样品中的各个物质分离开来,而且还能通过质谱对各个物质的种类进行鉴别。GC-MS联用法因其同时具备高特异性和高灵敏度,有望成为胶粘剂中苯含量检测的普适性方法。
The existing standard method for determination of benzene in adhesive is gas chromatographic method (GC) but it does not offer credible results as desired.Thus, a GC-MS method is used to improve the measurement results.Specifically, contrast experiments of determining benzene in the same two samples by employing GC and GC-MS methods respectively reveal different results with a large margin. The GC method has such disadvantages as susceptible to exterior interference, low response value and severe peak tailing, etc. Moreover, subsequent qualitative analysis does not produce desirable results especially for determination of benzene in samples with complex basic substances, which may negatively influence the accuracy of measurements.However, the GC-MS method can effectively separate the substances in the samples and determine their categories via MS method. Therefore, the GC-MS method is expected to become the general determination of benzene in adhesives due to its higher accuracy and greater sensitivity.
