摘要
为将测试性验证工作充分应用于雷达装备中,分析现有测试性验证工作的流程以及方法;现在的测试性验证工作一般采用三阶段评定法:测试性设计核查、试验验证和使用评价,这些方法都是在相应的阶段进行的,得到本阶段测试性验证的结果;对雷达装备采用故障注入的方法进行测试性验证试验,进行故障检测和数据收集处理得出相应的测试性指标参数,用来评定雷达装备当前的测试性水平是否合格并给出接收或者拒收的结论。
In order to take the testability verification work fully into radar equipment, analyze the existing validation processes and methods. Test validation generally uses a three-stage evaluation method: design for testability verification, test validation and evaluation of u sing. These methods are at the appropriate stage and verify the results of testability in this stage. The commonly used method is fault injection and achieves the indicator parameters by fault detection. Using the method of fault injection in radar equipment testability verification to get the current testability level, and then gives acceptance or reject conclusion.
