摘要
酒店业发展亟需大量高素质的专业化人才。传统的培养模式存在诸多瓶颈,需要创新性突破。每月轮换的工学交替模式可以较好地融合理论与实践,提高学生的自主性、职业能力和综合素质,符合学校和酒店的共同培养目标。完善和推广工学交替模式可以吸引更多优秀人才加入酒店行业,推动酒店业快速发展。
The development of China's hotel needs many high qualified professional personnel. However, the traditional training pattern has bottlenecks, innovations and new practices are necessary. The work - integrated learning model by month can combine theory and practice, improve the students' autonomy, occupational ability and comprehensive quality, which is in line with the goal of school and hotel. Promoting this model can attract more and more excellent students join the hotel industry, and push forward the development of hotel industry.
