以反思性教学促进高校外语教师专业发展

摘要 近年来,教师培养模式从单纯的教学技法磨练转而强调教师专业能力的发展.反思性教学以解决教育实践问题为导向,以提升教师专业知识为目的,具有主动性、反馈性、调节性、有效性的特点.在外语教师专业发展实践中运用反思性教学,有利于提高其理论水平,使外语教师主动追求专业素质的提升,并有助于增强教师职业道德感.
