摘要
针对现有矿用隔爆箱设计校验方法适用范围小、安全裕度过大、浪费材料和缺乏整体性理论分析等问题,采用普通公式法与有限元分析法相结合的方法,利用SolidWorks Simulation有限元软件对爆炸过程中的矿用隔爆箱进行了模态分析、瞬态热分析和热-结构非线性动力学耦合分析,校验其隔爆性和耐爆性,并进行优化设计分析。
For problems that the existing mine-used flameproof box design and check method has narrow application range and overlarge safety margin,wastes material and lacks integrated theory analysis,common formula method and SolidWorks Simulation finite element analysis method were used to design,check and optimize the explosion-resistant performance and explosion-proof performance of mine-used flameproof box in the explosion process,this method was based on nolinear dynamics thermal-mechanical coupled analysis.
