摘要
梳理了黄河泥沙治理演进的历史过程,分析了经济社会发展和黄河治理开发的新需求。阐述了黄河泥沙自然资源属性及黄河泥沙资源在农业、河道治理、能源开发、建筑材料和黄河文化等方面的利用途径,认为以黄养黄、以沙治沙是黄河泥沙资源利用的根本出路。黄河泥沙资源利用具有广阔的前景,其利用应遵循整合、提升、联产、胶凝的原则。
The historical process of sediment treatment in the Yellow River was put to order. The new requirements of economic and social develop-ment and the development and harnessing of the Yellow River were analyzed. The natural resources property of sediment and the sediment utilization ways on agriculture,river training,energy development,building materials and the Yellow River culture were elaborated. The ultimate way to solve resources utilization is to entitle the vitality to the Yellow River and sediment self-governing. The Yellow River sediment resources utilization has broad prospects and the utilization should follow the principles of integration,upgrade,coproduction and gel.
