摘要
目的 评价2009-2012年珠海市麻疹监测系统（Measles Surveillance System,MSS）运转现状,为加强珠海市麻疹监测、消除麻疹提供依据.方法 对2009-2012年珠海市通过MSS上报的疑似麻疹病例（Measles-like Illnesses,MLIs）个案数据进行描述性流行病学分析,评价MSS主要运转指标.结果 2009-2012年珠海市共报告MLIs 217例,其中87例为麻疹.2009-2012年排除麻疹病例报告发病率依次为0.94/10万、1.54/10万、3.01/10万、1.92/10万.2009-2012年48 h内完整个案调查率逐年上升为29.48％～100.00％.2009-2012年散发疑似病例血标本采集率也逐年上升（25.64％ ～ 97.62％）.结论 珠海市麻疹监测系统运转质量逐年提高.
Objective To evaluate the running status of Measles Surveillance System（MSS） in Zhuhai during 2009-2012 and to provide some references for enhancing measles surveillance and eliminating measles in Zhuhai. Methods All the cases of measles-like illnesses（MLIs） reported during 2009 to 2012 were collected. The main indicators were analyzed to evaluate the quality. Results From year 2009 to 2012, there were 217 MLIs cases reported from the Measles Surveillance System. 87 cases were finally diagnosed with Measles. The reporting rate of suspected cases were 0.94/100, 000, 1.54/100, 000, 3.01/100, 000, 1.92/10 0000 from 2009 to 2012, respectively. The investigation rate of suspected cases in 48 hours increased from 29.48% to 100.00%. Blood sample collection rate of suspected cases also increased from 25.64% to 97.62%. Conclusions In Zhuhai City, the quality of Measles Surveillance System got better year by year from 2009 to 2012.
