摘要 亚临床甲状腺功能减退症和骨质疏松均是老年人中常见病和多发病,亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者体内甲状腺激素(TH)有调节骨代谢的作用,不仅影响骨骼生长、发育和成熟,还影响骨重建。TH水平异常,促甲状腺激素的外源性抑制治疗及血脂代谢紊乱可影响骨代谢,导致骨质疏松和骨折风险增加,该文就亚临床甲状腺功能减退症与骨质疏松的研究进展予以综述。 Subclinical hypothyroidism and osteoporosis are common and frequently occurring diseases in the elderly. Thyroid hormone ( TH ) plays an important role in regulation of bone metabolism, not only affecting bone growth,development and maturation, hut also bone remodeling. Abnormal TH levels, exogenous thyroid-stimulating hormone suppression therapy and lipid metabolism disorder may also affect bone metabo-lism leading to osteoporosis and increased fracture risk. Here is to make a review about the research progress of subclinical hypothyroidism and osteoporosis.
