摘要 目的探讨应用脑苷肌肽治疗脑梗死的临床疗效及对血清中基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP-7)表达的影响。方法选择黑龙江省医院2010年6月至2012年6月收治的128例脑梗死的患者为研究对象,按入院顺序分为脑苷肌肽组与常规治疗照组各64例,常规治疗组仅采用常规治疗,脑苷肌肽组在常规治疗组的基础上加用脑苷肌肽治疗,观察两组的疗效及治疗后血清中MMP-7的表达。结果脑苷肌肽组治疗的总效率为67.19%,常规治疗组总效率为43.75%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后脑苷肌肽组患者血清中MMP-7的表达显著低于常规治疗组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用脑苷肌肽对老年脑梗死患者进行辅助治疗,能更好地提高临床治疗效果,并使患者血清中MMP-7的表达水平下降,减少脑损伤后基质的降解。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of brain glycosides caruosine treating cerebral infarction and its influence on the expression of serum matrix metalloproteinases 7 ( MMP-7 ). Methods A retrospectively analysis on the diagnosis and treatment information of 128 patients with cerebral infarction in Heilongjiang Provin- cial Hospital during Jun. 2010 and Jun. 2012 was done. They were divided into brain glycosides caruosine group and conventional treatment group according to the admittance sequence ,64 cases in each group. The conventional treatment group was only treated with conventional treatment, while the brain glycosides carnosine group was added with brain glycosides carnosine. The therapeutic effect and serum MMP-7 expression after treatment of the two groups were observed. Results The excellent effect rate of brain glycosides caruosine group was 67.19% ,of the conventional treatment goup was 43.75% ,there was statistically significant difference between them( P 〈 0.05 ) ; serum MMP-7 expression in brain glycosides carnosine group was statistically significantly lower than the conven- tional treatment group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The application of brain glycoside carnosine as auxiliary treatment of cerebral infarction can improve the clinical effect, decrease the serum MMP-7 expression level, and reduce the degradation of the matrix after brain injury.
